Using Syndicate Kahuna as a blog feeder: Sign up and enter user details for all the blogs you wish to submit into the service. Syndicate Kahuna then checks the categories of your blogs and submits suitable articles to these categories as often as you wish, once a day, twice a day, three times a week etc. The blog feeder service is free and there are no plans to start charging a fee at any point in the future.
